Sunscreen (Non-negotiable!): Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher every single day, regardless of the weather. A good suncreen protects the skin against sun damage, sun-induced pigmentation marks and premature wrinkle formation for face, neck and décolletage. Nighttime Routine

This is also a great time to target specific concerns with serums or treatments if needed (we’ll get to that in another post). Bonus Tip: Be gentle with your skin! Avoid harsh scrubbing or excessive washing, which can strip your skin of its natural oils.
